Partner variants + Functions for partners / “know-how”

Many Companies want innovative tools and with that implement related improvements in your company, EPU (individual enterprises) to SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) often lack the necessary “know-how”. In addition, there is a complexity in the implementation, which is often the case Due to lack of time or resources, the matter cannot be pursued further or get lost in “everyday business”..
Enterprise companies have often already developed their own solutions. However, these often have “Isolated solutions” approaches and, in the best case, an API (developer) interface, where extreme time and money are required for every change, no matter how small, further self-contained systems, which means that they often only add value within a company, but not for the customer.
The tools that you can bring into your own company through the IT Guru through cooperation lead to both inter-company improvements and changes as well as in the customer collection and support process.
In cooperation with the IT guru you can set new standards for your own company.

In order to run your own online shop, you need know-how and resources. The advantage of “Managed” Online shop, which is through the IT Guru is maintained and maintained, these requirements are completely eliminated.

Customer needs / problem

An immediate one problem for customerswho need IT services is fundamental necessary offer request as well as the comparison of these. Manual effort, a lack of understanding of your own needs and a lack of specialist knowledge, as well as time-bound advice and payment make the solution process more difficult.
In detail, there are several reasons why it can be difficult for customers to obtain quotes from companies. One of them is the lack of transparency regarding prices and services.
A study by the University of Augsburg (Götz, 2015) has shown that many companies are not prepared to provide specific prices or service details before a contract has been concluded. This can happen too Lead to uncertainty and confusion among customerswho find it difficult to compare offers from different companies.

Another reason is that many companies request a high number of offers, before making a decision. A study from the University of Southern California (Kahn & Byosiere, 2011) showed that customers often obtain multiple quotes from companies to ensure that you get the best price. However, this can be time-consuming and tedious and can lead to customers becoming unnerved.

A third reason is that customers often have difficulty Understand offers from companies as they are often written in jargon and technical details. A Harvard Business Review study (HBR, 2014) showed that many customers have difficulty to understand the offers they receive and that this often leads to misunderstandings and wrong decisions.

Overall, there are many reasons why it can be difficult for customers to obtain quotes from companies. These include a lack of transparency, time expenditure, advice is often only available personally and for a limited time, ongoing payments are often only possible through manual processes on the part of the customer, and difficulties in understanding offers.
Companies should strive to make their offers clear and understandable and ensure that
that they contain all relevant information to enable customers to make an informed decision.

Customer solution – IT guru / solution

Analysis of market situation / customers for our partners

Online consumption of services has increased significantly in recent years and will continue to increase in the future. One reason for this is the increasing availability and use of internet-enabled devices as well as the increasing acceptance of online transactions. A 2018 study by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) showed that online sales of services in the United States grew by an average of 12.6 percent per year from 2014 to 2018 and are expected to account for 14 percent of total services sales by 2020 (Source: "The Future of Online Services," BCG, 2018).

Another factor is the convenience that online services offer. Customers can access services anytime and anywhere without leaving home. This is found to be very attractive by many people, especially in times of COVID-19. According to a 2020 survey by the digital association Bitkom, 60 percent of those surveyed said that they had increased their use of online services during the pandemic (source: "Corona crisis accelerates the online trend", Bitkom, 2020).

Those too Ability to compare and evaluate services, contributes to more and more people using online services. "The transparency of offers and the opportunity to find out about other customers' experiences increase trust in online services and lead to higher demand," says Prof. Dr. Christian Homburg, Professor of Marketing at the University of Mannheim (Source: "Online services are growing in popularity", University of Mannheim, 2020).

Another important factor is the introduction of new payment standards such as debit cards, which enable consumers to pay online more easily. According to a study by Mastercard, "In Germany, more than two thirds of all card payments are already made with debit instead of credit cards" (Mastercard, 2020). This makes it easier for consumers to purchase services online as they can pay more quickly and easily.
(Source: Mastercard (2020). Debit cards overtake credit cards.)

In Austria, too, the development of the “simple” ATM card into a debit card / Mastercard (similar to the credit card) has taken place since around April 2019 An ongoing change by Austrian and international banks towards debit cards has made a contribution to helping online payments become more widely accepted.
(Source: Retrieved on January 23, 2023 from
https://help.orf.at/v3/stories/2975464/ )

The original European SEPA payment system involves a lot of administration and restrictions (no international focus) and is therefore a less practical payment solution for the EDV-Guru platform. (Source: Retrieved on January 23, 2023 https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Europ%C3%A4ischer_Zahlungsraum)

In summary, online consumption of services will continue to increase due to the increasing availability and use of internet-enabled devices, increasing acceptance of online transactions, convenience and the ability to compare and evaluate services.
