Terms of Use Auto-Signature Office 365

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the provision and use of a software service (hereinafter referred to as “Auto-Signature Office 365”). By using the Office 365 auto-signature, the user agrees to these conditions.

1. Subject of the contract

Auto-Signature Office 365 includes software solutions to optimize business processes. It is provided exclusively for internal business purposes and may not be passed on to third parties or used commercially.

Additionally, Auto-Signature allows Office 365 to centrally manage email signatures for one or more users. Integration into Office365 is possible depending on the contract type. The costs for using Office365 itself are not included in the Auto-Signature Office 365 services and must be paid separately.

2. License Terms

2.1 Rights of use The provider grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable and time-limited right to use Auto-Signature Office 365. This right exclusively includes use for internal, business purposes.

2.2 Limitations The user is prohibited from:

• To reproduce, modify or create derivative works of the Office 365 auto-signature.

• Bypass the security mechanisms of the Office 365 auto-signature.

• Using the Office 365 auto-signature for any unlawful or unethical purpose.

2.3 User Responsibilities The user is obliged to immediately inform the provider of any unauthorized access or misuse of the Office 365 auto-signature and to take appropriate measures to prevent this.

3. Data protection and confidentiality

3.1 Data protection The provider processes the user's personal data exclusively within the framework of the legal requirements. Data processing is only carried out to the extent necessary to provide the Office 365 auto-signature.

3.2 Confidentiality All information that the provider or the user receives when using Auto-Signatur Office 365 must be treated confidentially and may not be passed on to third parties.

4. Availability and Liability

4.1 Availability The provider provides Auto-Signature Office 365 with reasonable care and in accordance with professional standards. Temporary restrictions or interruptions, for example due to maintenance work, cannot be ruled out.

4.2 Disclaimer The provider is not liable for indirect, indirect or consequential damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount defined under the agreement.

5. Contract duration and termination

5.1 Duration The contract comes into force when the service is provided and runs for an indefinite period of time, unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 Termination Both parties can terminate the contract in writing with 30 days' notice to the end of a calendar month. The provider can terminate the contract without notice if the user violates essential contractual provisions.

6. Final provisions

6.1 Changes to Terms The provider reserves the right to adapt these conditions. Changes will be communicated to the user in writing. The user has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect if he does not agree to the changes.

6.2 Place of jurisdiction For all disputes arising from or in connection with these conditions, the place of jurisdiction at the provider's registered office is decisive.

6.3 Severability clause Should a provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In such a case, the parties undertake to make a regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
