1. 📌 Subject of Agreement

By purchasing a membership in the I.B.L. Club, the member gains access to an exclusive business network with digital and optionally physical services.

The membership is concluded via the online shop and is binding upon successful payment and submission of membership data.

💰 €7 per month

🔵 Pro Membership

💰 €27 per month

• 🎟️ Access to exclusive events (approx. 10/year)

🟣 Elite Membership (Groups)

💰 €77 per month
⚠️ While stocks last

• ✅ All Pro Membership benefits
• 👥 Team Workspace (up to 8 people – 7+1 model)
• 🛒 Own online shop (provided by Guru Cashflow Management GmbH)
• 🤝 Access to work groups & collaboration

3. ⏳ Contract Duration & Cancellation

• 🚀 Start: immediately after successful booking
• 🔄 Monthly subscriptions: cancellable at any time on a monthly basis
• 📅 Annual subscription: renews automatically by 1 year
• ✉️ Cancellation: possible via the shop or in writing

4. 🎯 Services & Use

The member receives access to the booked services according to their membership.

❗ No entitlement to specific events, contacts or revenue.

🧘♂️ No attendance obligation – participation is voluntary.

All prices are net excluding statutory VAT. (non-profit association)

💡 Payment is made via the online shop. The membership is activated after successful payment.

📊 Fees may be adjusted annually based on an index (e.g. consumer price index).

7. 📝 Conclusion of Agreement

The agreement is concluded by:

• 📨 Submission of membership data

I.B.L. reserves the right to review or reject memberships.

By booking, the member confirms:
