Other product configurations are permitted, but must be clarified in writing with the IT guru before booking this month.
You can do this Investment in your company in your accounting use/deduct tax.

The IT guru therefore offers you the following service at a flat monthly price (150 euros net per user*** / month)* to:

• Fast support for IT problems or complicated settings (via telephone, remote support, on-site support - if necessary)
• secured data - documents / photos / videos / audio recordings / music / emails / contacts / notes (through the server + USB disk combination and setting of your devices)
• mobile encrypted (SSL) access to the data (via smartphone, laptop, pad, PC etc. with a personal www address)
• automated backups / data security strategy (RAID mirroring + USB hard drives)
• a good firewall + IPS (active intruder defense)
• good customer-oriented advice on new “hardware” purchases or IT software purchases
• regular updates software and firmware (the hardware listed below and your devices)
• own access via a personal web address via the Internet

The installation duration usually takes time 2-7 days (including training depending on the number of employees).

The Installation location (no separate travel costs) for this service lies in Vienna and 50km surroundings with 2-10 employees - depending on the subscription
Further locations are prepared by the IT guru and connected ready for connection by the customer with instructions from the IT guru after delivery by a shipping service provider

There are no other separate set-up fees or costs.

Requirements

The following requirements are necessary for this service mentioned here and must already be present at the relevant installation location:

• Internet connection
• End devices with which you can access the server's data: PC, laptop, smartphone, tablet (you can continue to use your desired operating system - whether MAC, Windows, Android or IOS) - the connection and settings to the server are guaranteed. Individual software maintenance is not included.
• Internet connection with LAN connection (network cable) on the Internet modem (setting option for a DMZ)
• at least 1 power connection for the power strip ordered above
• Space on site for the hardware ordered above
• ideally a lockable box/cupboard or room/room
• necessary existing passwords and usernames
• Preferably WLAN on the devices, or an existing LAN infrastructure on site (we can also provide a LAN installation in a separate offer upon consultation)
• Sufficient power slots on the respective end devices, the power strips from the hardware list, are intended for the server location
• payment of the Subscriptions only with a credit card & MasterCard (credit and debit cards) possible

Clauses

* The minimum commitment period for this B2B SUBSCRIPTION service is 12 months from the order date. The contract holder agrees to an automatic 12-month extension unless a timely written termination is received (60 days before the subscription expires).  The subscription remains valid as an annual subscription until it is canceled in due time.

** At least 2 users (users), no EPU.

*** For each additional user/employee, the monthly fee automatically increases to the next highest Subscription in the next billing period (cleaning employees or similar employees who do not use the system are naturally not included in the calculation)

**** Employees with an administration account on the server are only authorized to make changes to the authorization structure. Updates, fundamental changes and maintenance are reserved by the IT guru for security reasons and to ensure operation.
